Pseudomonas putida ile Üretilmiş Biyojenik Mangan Oksit Kullanarak Remazol Brilliant Blue R Giderimi

چکیده

Sentetik boyaların varlığından kaynaklanan su kirliliği, dünyanın en önemli çevresel sorunlarından biridir. Remazol Brilliant Blue R (RBBR), tekstil endüstrisi atıksularından salınan ve suda ciddi kirliliğe neden olan oldukça toksik boyalardan Bu çalışmada, Pseudomonas putida ile üretilmiş biyojenik mangan oksit (BMO) RBBR’ nin giderimi incelenmiştir. BMO giderimi, çeşitli çözelti pH’ ı, dozajı, başlangıç RBBR konsantrasyonu sıcaklık koşulları altında kesikli modda pH denemeleri optimum ın 3 olduğunu ise adsorpsiyon prosesinin ekzotermik ortaya koymuştur. 30 oC’ de, 3’ te, 0.5 g L-1 dozajında 200 mg konsantrasyonunda 60 dakikalık denge süresi sonunda maksimum kapasitesi 155.7 g-1’ dır. sabit yataklı kolon reaktörde de incelenmiş besleme akış hızının etkisi araştırılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular, BMO’ in ortamından tehlikeli boyaları uzaklaştırma potansiyeline sahip göstermekte aynı zamanda gelecekteki uygulamaları için bilimsel bir temel sağlamaktadır.
